At Mahindra Finance, our aim was to provide learning to employees without disturbing them from their daily work routine. We had to address the ever-increasing demands for learning for the front line managers. Also, we have a large workforce spread across the length and breadth of the country. It was very important that we find a solution that would address all these challenges. With Develoop we found a contemporary tool to address all these issues.
DeveLoop is much more than typical simple learning software which usually consists of libraries of content with no clear direction. Adoption and Results
With more personalized and measurable learning being the urgent need for Mahindra Finance, it was imperative that the platform resulted in quick and visible outcomes. Within a month’s time, due to the Adaptiveness of the platform, the adoption rate rose to around 30% which well over the average adoption rate for any learning software. This is a big green light for me as the lead for this initiative, to be able to witness that my employees are comfortable in using the product and see value in using it. Apart from the adoption rate, my team managers were able to continuously improve the dialogue they have with their employees from being vague and subjective to more objective with regards to the next steps. In just 2 months, over 66% of Manager’s have been able to provide better Feedback with an average of 40% increase in constructiveness and objectivity.

Though there are initial challenges in identifying and allocating peers for feedback, once you get a hang of it you can use this anytime even on the move.
With these kinds of results being achieved, I envision the relationship between the two companies only strengthening from here. In my opinion, DeveLoop is the perfect product for today’s L&D function. With millennials filling the majority of the workforce, a more Adaptive and Intelligent solution is required to meet business objectives
